We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because many of our items are handcrafted and created in small batches, we currently accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible, unused items.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

You must contact us for approval before sending anything back

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping) within 5–7 business days.


Made to Order / Custom Items

Made to order and customized pieces are created specially for you, so they are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or we made an error.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We’ll repair, replace, or refund as quickly as possible

We always want you to have a beautiful experience.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet begun.
Once production starts on made to order items, cancellations are not guaranteed.


How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll share next steps and, if approved, the return shipping address.
