The Heart Behind the Brand

Design with Purpose was founded by Teanna Dosch, an artist and elementary teacher based in Madison, Wisconsin.

By day, Teanna inspires young minds in the classroom; by night, she brings that same creativity and passion to her studio, handcrafting earrings that reflect joy, color, and connection. Her pieces have earned admiration from colleagues, students, and customers alike—not just for their artistry, but for the heart and purpose woven into every design.

What began as a small creative outlet has grown into a mission-driven brand that celebrates handmade artistry and supports education—one pair of earrings (and one book) at a time.
